PasteHub is a free service for turning links and text into 5-character codes. We do not tolerate malicious, illegal, or policy-violating content.

Safeguards

PasteHub is not a traditional URL shortener. Codes never auto-redirect; anyone who opens a share sees the original URL or text first.

• Only http(s) links are accepted, embedded credentials are rejected, and URL length is capped.
• Creating and looking up codes is rate-limited per IP.
• Reported violating pastes are removed so the code no longer resolves.

How to Report

Use the in-page Report abuse action on a retrieved paste, or email hello@pastehub.app with the share URL or 5-character code and a short description.

What We Remove

We remove content in these categories:

• Phishing, credential harvesting, or fake login pages.
• Malware, malicious scripts, or malicious payload distribution.
• Child sexual abuse material, which is reported to NCMEC immediately.
• Doxxing, stalking, non-consensual personal information, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Spam, scams, fraud schemes, copyright or trademark infringement, illegal content, and content promoting violence, terrorism, or organized harm.

Response Time

We aim to review and act on abuse reports within 24 hours. CSAM, imminent harm, and active phishing are prioritized and may be actioned within hours.

DMCA / Copyright

Copyright owners can send DMCA notices to hello@pastehub.app. Include the copyrighted work, the PasteHub URL or code, contact information, required good-faith and accuracy statements, and a physical or electronic signature.

Law Enforcement, Vendors, and Appeals

Law enforcement may send valid legal process or emergency requests to hello@pastehub.app. Anti-virus and reputation vendors should report specific share URLs or codes rather than flagging the whole domain. If your paste was removed in error, email the code, context, and reason for appeal.
